Spin
Our spin class is a fun and challenging group exercise program. A typical class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and outdoor cycling. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints, and interval training. Participants have the ability to control their level of intensity based on ability and fitness level while still participating in energetic and group-focused exercise.
